Looking for things to do in Busan? Visit Haedong Yonggungsa Temple and see Daemado Island from Oryukdo Skywalk

Are you thinking about travelling to Busan but aren't sure which one of the many tours you’d enjoy the most? Stop the search: the "East Busan City Tour - Visit Oryukdo Skywalk, Yonggungsa Temple & more" experience will be right up your alley! This tour begins at one of the most popular tourist destinations in Busan—the Oryukdo Skywalk. A favourite for many reasons, the skywalk is the place to go if you're looking for panoramic views of Busan’s oceans, islands and beaches. It was built in 2013 atop a coastal cliff, 35 metres high above the water, and is the perfect spot to snap some selfies or just take in the sights. The floor of the viewing platform is even made with reinforced bullet proof glass so enjoy the dizzying thrill with the security of total safety. Your next stop is a visit to Haedong Yonggungsa Temple, one of the rarest Buddhist temples in Korea. Its rarity comes from the fact that it’s situated on the coastline, as all the other temples are usually located among the mountains. The Haedong Yonggungsa Temple was built back in 1376 by one of the great Buddhist teachers, known as Naong. The temple is enormously popular all year round, but if you go early enough on New Year’s Day it is thought to be good luck, with many tourists and locals making a wish for the New Year as the sun rises. Finally, the tour reaches the Jukseong Dream Church. This church sits on the shoreline in Jukseong-ni Village, Gijang-gun County, and while it’s not a real church, it was built as a location for film crews back in the early 2000’s, and since then it’s been a popular tourist attraction. It’s a perfect place to see the sun rise or set over the ocean, and a wonderful end to this tour of East Busan.
