Getting to Flight of the Gibbon
The pick-up time at your hotel varies based on your hotel location and traffic.Pick up and drop off service is available for hotel in city centre. If you are not sure where your hotel is, please put exact name of your hotel and our team will get back to you with a suggestion. Any guests staying in remote locations or outside of the city centre will be advised on an additional surcharge, subject to distance, payable on the spot to a tour guide or driver.

But there is one thing that this activity could not be more serious about; safety. The safety of its visitors and all staff is paramount. With safety in mind, the zipline courses have been constructed by industry-leading international experts who have decades of experience in the field. Each Flight of the Gibbon location has been outfitted with top-quality equipment manufactured in Europe, which has been rigorously tested to exceed all necessary international safety standards. Safe and Eco-Friendly TourismThe triple-bolted construction, engineered exclusively for Flight of the Gibbon in Europe, keeps each line functioning independently. While structurally this is the safest method used anywhere in the world, this design is also the least disruptive for the trees, keeping them vibrant and undamaged. Each of the locations has been constructed to operate by the standards set by the American organization, Association for Challenge Course Technology (ACCT).Customer Experience - Sky RangersEach zipline group is restricted to a maximum of nine people, with every group being assigned two fully-trained Sky Rangers. All Sky Rangers will present each group with a thorough safety briefing and will personally outfit each guest in the proper safety equipment. The Sky Rangers will explain exactly what to do to enhance your experience while ziplining.All our Sky Rangers are trained not just in Zipline instruction and safety, but also in CPR, first aid and wilderness skills. We are continually upskilling our staff and re-certifying them every three months. The Managers and senior Sky Rangers at each location are level 2 ACCT certified and Flight of the Gibbon will be the first company in Thailand to have all their Sky Rangers ACCT certified. Safety Equipment and Course MaintenanceCourses and Equipment are checked daily and are replaced at the first sign of wear & tear. The zipline has a dedicated full-time team of international safety and maintenance personnel at each of the zipline course locations. In-depth course and equipment checks are also conducted on a monthly basis and maintenance logs are kept on-site at each location. The Equipment used is Petzl from France as well as European brands which surpass European Standards. This is also the first zipline company in Southeast Asia to use Anti-Roll Back Cam to prevent guests from rolling backwards on the zipline cable.Customer Insurance & Evacuation PlanThe zipline has extensive evacuation maps, procedures and serviceable roads running parallel to our zipline courses in case of an emergency evacuation. It also supplies insurance to all our guests for not just the zipline course, but also the VIP transport to and from the Zipline.
