Getting to Flow House
Customers to travel to the following address: A-Square 120/1 Sukhumvit 26, Klongton, Klongtoey, BangkokBy BTS or MRT: From BTS Phrom Phong Station (Exit 6) it is a 20-minute walk; or from MRT Queen Sirikit National Convention Center Station (Exit 1) it is a 15-minute walk.By Taxi/Tuk-tuk: Take a Taxi or Tuk-tuk along Sukhumvit Soi 26 until you reach A-Square community mall. Flow House Bangkok is situated on Plot F.By Car or Bus: Easy access from Sukhumvit Soi 26 and Rama 4 Road.Parking is available and can accommodate 260 cars and vans. Tour Coach parking is also available.Notable nearby landmarks are The Emporium Shopping Mall, K-Village, Big-C Rama4 and Channel 3.
Please indicate the time that you would like to book your Flow House session in the “Special Requests” field when booking. Customers are suggested to arrive at the Flow House 30 minutes before booked  time.Please note that the Flow House Bangkok ticket only includes a one-hour session on the FlowRider wave simulator. All additional activities/facilities mentioned, such as the Flow House Café, bike zone, splash pool, and assorted games, are at the customer’s own expense.
Ride Times
No compensation time for any late arrivals.First ride of the day starts at 11:00.Duration of each ride is approximately 1 hour.Last session begins at 21:00.
Rules and regulations
All riders must present photo identification, such as a passport, driver’s license, etc.You must be over 107 cm (42″) to bodyboard on the FlowRider. Any person under 107 cm needs to consult with instructor before the session. You must be over 133cm (52″) to ride stand-up on the FlowRider or to ride the FlowBarrel.Riders under 18 years of age must have a parent or legal guardian present to sign off.You must be able to swim in fast-moving, turbulent water.Do not participate if you have had any recent surgery or illness.Do not participate if you have a heart condition or neck, back and bone ailments.Do not participate if you suffer from high blood pressure or aneurysms.Do not participate if you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
General Flow House Bangkok Rules
FlowRider is an extreme sport that can result in serious injuries. Riders assume all risks of injury.A fully completed liability form is required for first-time riders and may be required for repeat riders.A copy of your ID card, driver’s license or passport is required.Sessions start at the beginning of every hour.Please arrive 30 minutes prior to wave booking time to complete check-in procedure.15 Minutes late is considered a “no show”. Therefore, Flow House Bangkok does not guarantee a replacement session. Late arrival could result in your Wave Session being occupied by another rider.However, customers will be allowed to join the next available session within the same day.FlowRider sessions only run with a minimum of 3 riders. In case your session does not have 3 riders or more you will be required to wait for the next session.Locker service deposit 100 baht per locker.Please return the key to Flow desk for your key deposit refund.Towel service fee: 50 baht per towelNo outside food or drinks allowed.Flow House Bangkok will not be held responsible for lost or stolen property.All new riders are required to complete at least 3 Bodyboard runs before being allowed to do stand-up surfing. This is to familiarise yourself with the strength of the wave and learn some preliminary FlowRider skills.
