All class participants will meet at The Fisherman restaurant at An Bang Beach.Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult.Please wear comfortable tight-fitting athletic wear. Footwear is not required for tai chi on the beach.
Please Be On Time
Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled time to check-in before starting your tai chi class.If you arrive late – within 10 minutes of the scheduled start time – the instructor may adjust the end time of the session ONLY if the schedule allows. If this is not possible, class will finish at the originally scheduled time.
Towels & Shower
Towels are available at reception for use by participants after class. You may also use the shower to freshen up after tai chi or after a refreshing swim at An Bang Beach.
Anyone with serious medical conditions or injuries should consult a doctor prior to participating in any yoga activities. It is your responsibility to inform the instructor if you are pregnant or have any injuries before starting the class.
