Refunds, if applicable, will immediately be submitted to our bank. Coming Up is the product that already confirmed but not pass reserved date yet.
Departed is the product that already confirmed and already pass reserved date.
Pending is the Non-Instant product that you didn't make a payment yet.
Cancelled is the product that you cancelled.
